Dear JaNell; Words cannot describe the hard work you put into selling our home and helping us buy our new home. I think if I was working with another agent, we would not be enjoying our new home today.
10 years ago we made the decision to move back to Omaha after our Military life. We were referred to you, to help us find our home. You sat down and listened to us, and help us chose the best house that at the time would fit all of our needs. Close to jobs, and the elementary school right in the back yard for our small children. You went above and beyond your duties to make sure we found that perfect house.
Several years later when the housing market was at the lowest. My Mother had a stroke, and she needed around the clock care, I knew to call you to help sale my Mother's house. Since her home was located in Murray Nebraska, which was at least 45 minutes south of Omaha, I was worried that it would not sale, and that it might be to far for you....But, you proved me wrong......"No Problem" you told me "of course I will go to Murray and we will do whatever it takes to get it Sold!" Two weeks later and 2 offers to chose from, I should have never had a doubt with you in our corner.
When we decided that it was time for us to move from our Split Level Home and find a Ranch Style House, I knew I had to call you to help. You came right over and sat down with us to help us decide if we should build new or look at existing. Even before we put the house on the market, you took us out to see what existing homes were available and work with us to decide what was the best road we should take.
We listened to you and your ideas on staging and cleaning and put our house on the market. To our amazement our house sold fast which says a lot with the state of our economy......we looked and found our dream home and was worried because we would be working with a 3rd party relocation firm, but you knew exactly what you were doing and made sure all the i's were dot and the t's were crossed.
When the buyer for our house hit a roadblock and had problems. I was totally taken aback when I watched you work with all parties and take control to make sure everything would be going through. At times we weren't sure if the sale would even happen, but you stuck through it and kept the line of communication open not only for the buyer buying our home, but the seller and relocation firm who's home we wanted to buy. At times I think you were actually the Realtor for all parties and you were helping the other Realtors with issues and addendums that needed to be processed. I honestly don't think any of this would have gone through if you didn't do all the work that you did.
Thank you again for all the hard work you did, I LOVE my new home and I'm thankful that 10 years ago you were the one that we got referred to for our home buying and selling needs!!
